The discussions focused on improving the quality of performances, engaging young composers, and responding to audience preferences.<\/p>\n<p>The Artistic Council of the orchestras serves as a specialized body responsible for selecting effective repertoires, inviting guest conductors, and making optimal use of the musicians\u2019 professional capabilities.
