The first concert of the National Orchestra of Iran in the new year, conducted by Homayoun Rahimian and titled “A Memory Stays with Me”, will be held on the evening of Monday, April 20th (Ordibehesht 1st) at Vahdat Hall in commemoration of Mohammad Sarir.
\nRudaki Foundation: in its first performance of the year 1404, will present a collection of works by the veteran musician and composer Mohammad Sarir on a night dedicated to his memory.
\nPieces to be performed include \u201cJan-e Maryam\u201d, \u201cBe Khaater-e Parandeh\u201d, \u201cDelaviztarin\u201d, \u201cEy Iran, Iran\u201d, \u201cBaran\u201d, \u201cAvaz Ba Eshgh\u201d, \u201cShirin and Farhad\u201d, \u201cSokhan-e Eshgh\u201d, and \u201cKhazan-e Omr\u201d, all composed by Mohammad Sarir.
\nVocalist Ali Tafreshi will also accompany the orchestra as the featured singer.
\nThe concert, \u201cA Memory Stays with Me\u201d, conducted by Homayoun Rahimian, will take place at 9:30 PM on April 20th at Vahdat Hall.
