Saeid Farajpouri and Vahid Taj to Perform with the Iranian National Music Orchestra
The Iranian National Music Orchestra, conducted by Homayoun Rahimian and featuring the vocals of Vahid Taj, will present its latest concert titled “Now It Is Heard…” with compositions by Saeid Farajpouri over two nights, December 7 and 8, at Vahdat Hall.
Rudaki Foundation: the program has been designed in three sections. The first section features the Concerto for Kamancheh and Orchestra, composed by the distinguished kamancheh virtuoso Saeid Farajpouri, performed by the orchestra with Farajpouri appearing on stage as the soloist.
In the following two sections, accompanied by the Iranian instruments ensemble and the orchestra, a collection of enduring songs such as “Sargashteh,” “Asrar-e Eshq,” “Naz-e Nargesat,” “Chehreh-ye Paeez,” “Vatan,” and several other works will be performed for the audience with vocals by Vahid Taj.
The performance of the Iranian National Music Orchestra titled “Now It Is Heard…” conducted by Homayoun Rahimian, will take place at 21:30 on Sunday and Monday, December 7 and 8, at Vahdat Hall.
