Night of Iranian Women in Music in Land of the Simorgh

The Tehran Symphony Orchestra, in its latest program titled “Land of the Simorgh”, will perform under the guest conducting of Paniz Faryousefi, presenting works by female Iranian composers on November 11 and 12 (21 and 22 Aban) at Vahdat Hall.

Roudaki Foundation: the orchestra will perform compositions by distinguished Iranian composers such as Aftab Darvishi and Golfam Khayam — pieces that reflect a fresh perspective and a delicate emotional sensibility toward the world of contemporary music.
In addition, the program will feature works by Robert Schumann, Jean Sibelius, and Aram Khachaturian, creating a fusion of world heritage and Iranian creativity on stage.
Renowned violinist Pedram Faryousefi will appear as the violin soloist in this performance.
