“Iranian Instruments Ensemble” of the National Orchestra of Iran to Perform in Ankara / Honoring Hafez in the Iran–Turkey Cultural Year

On the occasion of Hafez Commemoration Day and within the framework of the 2025 Iran–Turkey Cultural Year, the Iranian Instruments Ensemble of the National Orchestra of Iran, affiliated with the Roudaki Foundation, will perform in Ankara on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 (22 Mehr 1404). The concert will be conducted by Pouria Shivafard and feature Mojtaba Asgari as the vocalist.

Organized in collaboration between the Roudaki Foundation and the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the performance will feature selected pieces by the great masters of Iranian music.

All the poems performed in this concert are selected from the Divan of Hafez, creating an atmosphere steeped in the poetry and spirit of classical Persian music.

This event aims to introduce the richness of Iranian culture and art, promote cultural diplomacy, and strengthen the artistic and cultural ties between Iran and Turkey, offering international audiences a glimpse into the beauty and depth of Persian poetry and traditional music.
