“The White Lands”: Tehran Symphony Orchestra’s Winter Performance Led by Hamed Garschi
The first winter concert of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra, titled “The White Lands”, will be held on January 7 and 8 conducted by Hamed Garschi at Vahdat Hall.
Roudaki Foundation: Hamed Garschi, who previously conducted the Tehran Symphony Orchestra in July 2022 at the same venue, will once again collaborate with the orchestra, leading performances of renowned pieces from the global classical music repertoire.
In this upcoming concert, the orchestra will perform works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Aram Khachaturian, Fikret Amirov and Jean Sibelius.
Hamed Garschi, a conductor and pianist born in 1985, completed his undergraduate studies in piano and clarinet performance in Iran before pursuing orchestral conducting in Cologne, Germany. His professional experience includes collaborations with prestigious orchestras such as the Cologne Conservatory Orchestra and the Wetzlar Youth Orchestra. He currently serves as the permanent conductor of both the Cologne Youth Orchestra and the Wetzlar Youth Orchestra.
The Tehran Symphony Orchestra will present “The White Lands” at 9:30 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 7 and 8, at Vahdat Hall. Tickets for the event are available through the Honarticket website.
