A Yalda Night Gathering of Artists at Azadi Tower

On the eve of Yalda Night, on the evening of Thursday, December 19, 2024, the special program “Tar and Toranj” was held in the main hall of the Azadi Tower complex.

Roudaki Foundation: this program, designed as the special event of the second day of the Iranian Art Festival, was broadcast live via the Rubika and Aparat social media platforms.
This talk-oriented program, began with a divination from Hafez’s Divan by the renowned poet and lyricist Abdoljabbar Kakaei and concluded with a recitation from the Shahnameh by Tina Niknam, a poet, researcher, and university lecturer
Other notable guests included Kourosh Ahmadi (poet and lyricist), Akbar Ketabdar (poet, researcher, and satirist), and Atefeh Bagheri (poet and university lecturer), with the program hosted by Esmaeil Bastani.
Musical performances by Navid Molavi and the Sina Zokaei Wind Orchestra were among the other highlights of Tar and Toranj event.
The Iranian Art Festival, organized by the Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex, will be held from December 18 to 23, 2024, featuring various events across the complex.
