A Tribute by the National Orchestra of Iran to the Martyrs
The National Orchestra of Iran, conducted by Homayoun Rahimyian, performed at the second national congress of the martyrs of Mazandaran in the Culture and Art Hall of Sari.
Rudaki Foundation: the second national congress of the martyrs of Mazandaran began on September 18 and concluded on the evening of October 5 after 17 days of various events and several sessions in the province. The event concluded with the performance of the symphonic poem “Diyar Alavian” by the National Orchestra of Iran in the Culture and Art Hall in Sari.
This symphony included four newly composed pieces that were performed for the first time in honor of the second national congress of the martyrs of Mazandaran.
At the end of the symphony, the National Orchestra of Iran performed the anthem “Ey Iran” sung by Mohammadreza Safi.
Mohammad Allahyari Foumani, the CEO of Rudaki Foundation expressed his happiness at being among the art-loving people of Mazandaran and stated, “Mazandaran has always been a cradle of various arts, including music. Renowned artists have carried the sound of Mazandaran’s art and music throughout the country and beyond its borders.
